Ngakma Déwang Pamo

Ngakma Déwang Pamo has been a student of Ngala Rig’dzin Dorje and Tsal’gyür Wangmo since 1999. She is also a thangka painting student of Tsal’gyür Wangmo and enjoys to practice Vajrayana through the arts, through creativity, appreciation, and the environment. Ngakma Déwang and her husband, Naljorpa Traktung Dorje, were ordained together in 2005 by Ngak’chang Rinpoche and Khandro Déchen.

Déwang Pamo has recently become a mother and enjoys family life. The teachings of the Khandro Pawo Nyi-da Mélong Gyüd have always been a great inspiration for her – to stay in love forever and to bring up children within the atmosphere of a loving relationship is one of the main concerns of her life. She is very much inspired by the possibility to integrate every aspect of human life with spiritual practice.

Déwang Pamo has also been a marketing professional for over ten years, working in an international environment. Her teachers have always encouraged her to integrate practice with a busy schedule and the challenges of the corporate world, which has shown to her that it is possible to be a sincere practitioner and successful manager at the same time.

Ngakma Déwang is organising teaching events in Munich and has been a translator for her Lamas on many occasions in the German speaking world.
